Visa Hub collects only the information needed to assist with your U.S. visa application, such as your name, contact details and the documentation you choose to share with us.

Your information is used solely to deliver our concierge service. We do not sell your data. Information is shared with third parties only where required to complete a step you have asked us to assist with, or where required by law.

Visa Hub provides professional assistance with USA B1/B2 visa applications. The AED 2,500 professional service fee covers our assistance only.

The U.S. Embassy/MRV fee of $187 (approx. AED 690) is included in the AED 2,500 professional service package.

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all information and documents you provide. Visa Hub does not submit false information on any application.

The professional service fee covers work carried out on your behalf. Once application preparation has started, the fee is generally non-refundable.

Government and embassy fees paid to third parties are never refundable by Visa Hub.

If you believe your case warrants a refund, contact our team and we will review your circumstances individually.

Visa Hub is a private visa assistance service and is not affiliated with the U.S. Embassy, U.S. Consulate, or U.S. Government.

Visa issuance and appointment availability are determined solely by the relevant U.S. authorities. Visa Hub does not guarantee visa approval or a specific or early appointment date.
